Introduction
During the introductory phase, our goal is to establish a mutual understanding and explore opportunities for building a lasting relationship. We will take the time to listen to your needs, understand your desires, and ensure that your future home aligns with your lifestyle and budget.
Homesite
We’ll discuss available homesites in the highly sought-after Raleigh, NC area and surrounding locations. This may include an existing Revolution Homes property, a future lot opportunity, or a homesite you have already identified or cherish.
As we evaluate these options, we’ll also discuss the type of home you envision and your overall budget. This essential conversation helps us provide informed, preliminary guidance and lays the foundation for a successful Design Phase.
Plan Design
The Design Phase is a four-to-six-month process where Revolution Homes guides you through a detailed, step-by-step process of designing your home and situating it on your chosen homesite.
Every client, homesite and floor plan is unique. Together, we’ll design each level of your home with a focus on future comfort, daily functionality, natural light, and the features that matter most to you.
Specifications and Selections
Once your future home plans are developed, you’ll begin make decisions about selections, features, and finishes. We understand that with today’s vast array of material and style choices, this process can feel overwhelming. That’s why our Designer and Team are here to simplify your selections, ensuring your new home reflects your desired look and feel.
Staying connected and informed throughout your new home journey is essential. We use a top-tier online construction management platform to keep you in the loop every step of the way. From sharing important updates to providing comprehensive information to support your financing process, we’re here to help you move confidently toward the construction of your new home.
Construction and Creation Phase
The Creation Phase spans eight to ten months, during which we bring your vision to life through the construction of your home. This phase is particularly rewarding for Revolution Homes as a custom builder and is equally exciting for you as your plans and selections begin to take shape.
This is where the synergy of the project comes together, with every decision and detail integrated into the build. Throughout the Construction Phase, you’ll participate in periodic meetings at your new home to ensure the project aligns with your selections and expectations.
Finally, the most rewarding moment of all: handing you the keys and saying, “Welcome to your new home!”
