During this time, we’ll come up with a recommended budget for your Raleigh-Durham home building project based on these desired features, as well as our preliminary floor plan.

4. Build

Once our custom home builders have finalized your home plan and the building contract has been signed, we’ll submit for a residential construction permit. Revolution Homes offers a guaranteed closing date and ensures your project will stay on budget and on schedule.
